Massachusetts Food Safety Video
Department regulations will require all Certified Food Protection Managers, as that term is used in 105 CMR 590.003, to view a MA Food Allergen Training Certification video about serving customers with food allergies and with celiac disease-related food intolerance.
Health agents will be checking for Food Allergy certification.
FAAN has developed a 30-minute online training video to watch. You can register for this training, take it on your schedule and print out your own certificate.
